Not emergency care
This website and our services do not provide emergency medical care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.
Eligibility
You must be an adult and located in a state where care is currently available. A licensed provider decides whether a program or treatment is appropriate for you. Completing the eligibility check does not guarantee enrollment or a prescription.
No guaranteed outcome
Individual treatment experiences and results vary. Nothing on this site promises a specific result, and no provider is obligated to prescribe a particular medication.
Plans and billing
Plans start at $149 per month and include clinical evaluation and ongoing care. Medication and laboratory costs may be separate depending on your plan. Applicable costs, billing dates, and cancellation details are presented before you enroll.
Cancellation
You may cancel according to the program terms shown at enrollment. Cancellation stops future billing.
Your responsibilities
Provide complete and accurate health information, including all medications and supplements you take, follow your provider’s instructions, and keep your account details private.
